description
The ′BCT126A bus buffer features independent
line drivers with 3-state outputs. Each output is
disabled when the associated output-enable (OE)
input is low.
The SN54BCT126A is characterized for operation
over the full military temperature range of – 55°C
to 125°C. The SN74BCT126A is characterized for
operation from 0°C to 70°C.
