supported by a Production Part
Approval Process warrant (PPAP).

MOSFET (IntelliFET)
Diodes Incorporated designs,
develops and manufactures a
range of low-side self-protected
MOSFETs that are ideal for
switching inductive loads, such
as motors, relays and lamps at
low frequencies.
These devices feature overtemperature, over voltage, and
over current protection as well
input ESD protection facilities
enabling circuit designers to
