The smaller mounting area (≤0.193 in2), low weight (≤1.2 g), low package-to-die ratio (~1.4:1), and low profile (≤0.095”) compared to DO-4, DO-5 and TO-254 packages make it ideal for aerospace applications or as building blocks for application specific power modules.
