With response times typically less than 1 ps and standoff voltages ranging from 10 V to 100 V and corresponding breakdown voltages ranging from 11.1 V to 111 V, the SMDJ series of TVS provides a wide range of options to protect sensitive electronics from the effects of power surges and severe voltage spikes.
