Power Modules flowCON 0 2nd gen: New Rectifier Module with Brake Chopper offers latest Chip Technology flowCON 0 2nd gen. Vincotech is extending ist flowCON 0 based 3-phase rectifier modules with integrated brake chopper providing the latest chip generation. The new flowCON 0 2nd generation (V23990-P640-G20-PM) is equipped with 1600 V 65 A rectifier diodes supporting RMS currents of up to 100 A. The brake chopper ist equipped with an 1200 V 50 A IGBT and antiparallel protection diode. Schematics The power flow of these modules enables an optimized PCB layout and the new 2-clip housing offers easer assembly as well as more space on the PCB. These flowCON 0 2nd generation power modules are also available with preapplied thermal interfache material with a high thermal conductivity of 3.4 K/W for an easy assembly process and further improved thermal impedance.
