Resonator Oscillator), which operates from 2275 to 2290
MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to about 4.5 V. The
CRO features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 10
KHz offset and has suitable linearity. Features include:
An output power of typically +4.5 dBm.
An industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5” SMD package.
An input voltage of typically 5.0 V.
A maximum current consumption of 40 mA.
Pulling and pushing minimized to 0.2 MHz and 0.2
MHz/V, respectively.
A second harmonic suppression of -25 dBc typical.
