+5 dBm, Model CVCO55CC-3274-3280 features control voltage range of 0.3~4.7
V and typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset. Input voltage is 8 V
with max current consumption of 30 A, and Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 3
MHz and 0.1 MHz/V, respectively. Typical applications include digital radio
equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base
stations.
Compact L-band VCO features low phase noise.
