68HC08EYxx Family Introduction
Specifically designed for LIN applications
that require an internal clock generator
without the cost of additional external
components, EY devices are also suited for
applications in which the flexibility of
automotive Flash or low-cost ROM is
required in memory sizes from 4K–16K. This
family is offered in the small 7mm x 7mm
32QFP package, ideal when available board
space for the MCU is minimal.
