A: GSI is sampling the Common I/O versions of GS4576 today with Separate I/O varieties to follow shortly. Please contact your local GSI sales representative for pricing and delivery. The 576Mb LLDRAM datasheets are available at http://www.gsitechnology.com/576Mb_LLDRAM.htm. Q: Who can I write to for more information? A: Pricing & delivery: Applications engineering support: Additional product information: All trademarks belong to their respective owners. http://www.gsitechnology.com/sales.htm [email protected] [email protected] Q: Are memory controllers available? A: RLDRAM II memory controllers are available from a variety of FPGA and 3rd party IP suppliers. LLDRAM II devices are drop-in compatible. Q: Are these packages lead-free? A: The initial parts are packaged in 5/6 RoHS compliant µBGAs. GSI expects to offer qualified 6/6 RoHScompliant i.e., “green”) devices in early 2012. Q: What temperature ranges are available? A: GSI offers commercial (TJ: 0–90⁰C) and industrial (TJ: –40–+105⁰C) temperature range for all memories as standard products. Industrial temperature operation can be specified by adding an “I” to the end of the part number (e. g. “GS4576C36L-18I”). Q: Are second sources available? A: Yes. Micron provides equivalent devices today. Q: What silicon technology is used? A: GSI’s LLDRAM II devices use a standard 72nm DRAM wafer flow. It is qualified and in high volume production. Q: Does GSI offer model files? A: Yes. GSI offers Verilog, BSDL, VHDL & IBIS models with each device. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
