Its input voltage range is 14-350VDC. It has three outputs, V1 12V 200mA non isolated V2 +5v 50 mA non isolated V3 12V 100 mA isolated. Total output power rating is 2 watts. REGULATION The Intronics DC12-12 is a fully encapsulated PCB mount module. The 12V and 5V non isolated outputs share a common ground with the input. The 12V isolated output is has 1500V isolation from the other circuitry. Voltage regulation of the nonisolated outputs is <3%. The isolated output can vary between 11 and 15V, depending on the ratio of isolated to non isolated current drawn. If I(V3)<I(V1 + V2), V3>V1. If I(V3)>I(V1 + V2), V3<V1. See Fig 3 STARTUP This module will start reliably at full load with Vin>30V. It will also start at lower input voltages with reduced output power. Once started, it will run with the input voltage as low as 4 volts at reduced output power. Letting this pin float will cause the converter to resume operation. TRIM INPUT Connecting a 100K potentiometer between V1+ and GND with the wiper connected to the TRIM pin will adjust V1 from 10.2 to 13.2V. If no adjustment is needed, the TRIM pin can be left unconnected. Fixed resistors can also be connected between TRIM and V1+ or GND for trim purposes. ISOLATION The negative input is common to the 12V and 5V non isolated outputs. The isolated 12V output is rated 1500V relative to all other inputs and control pins.
