There are also some differences of Vhv and DC characteristics to be noted. On software perspective, the Macronix MX29GL512E’s Manufacture ID and some of the CFI codes are different from Spansion S29GL512P(N) devices. Please be aware of that the Erase/Program suspend operations of MX29GL512E and S29GL512P(N) are also different in certain features.
