WARNING : Please make sure the polarity of the battery is connected correctly!
Assembly Procedure :
1.Make sure the charger is shut off and cho osing suitable wire s to connect the ch arger and ba tteries based on the rati ng of charging
current. The po larity must be correct: charger output (+) sho uld be connected to the (+) term inal of batte ries and charger output (-)
should be conne cted to the ( -) terminal.
In no times should the (+) an d (-) be short toget her or the charger and batteries will b e damaged.
2.Connect the AC input and check whether the op eration of LE D is correct.
(red : cha rging ; green : batte ry is full)
Note s On Operation:
1.The charg er sho uld be assembled in the place with go od ventilatio n and low moisture .
Exp osure to the rain or snow is strictly prohibite d.
2.Wires con nectin g between the cha rger and batteries should be as short as possible s ince the high voltage drop on th e wires will
increase the time required to fully c harge the batteries.
3.Make sure the charging voltage an d char ging current are suitable for the batte ries you are using.
4.If th e batt eries n eed to connect in series for cha rging , old ba tterie s are not suggested to be used with ne w ones or th e lifeti me of
bat teries may re duce because of the unbalance charg ing voltage distribution o n new and o ld batteries.
5.Please tu rn off the cha rger before conne cting or disconnecting the wires .
6.The charg er has a 2-year worldwide warranty, howev er, damages from misusin g the charge r will not be included in the cov erage of
warranty.

Statu s Under General Opera tion:
At the begin ning s tage of operation, the charger provides the largest current with 40.8V dc of output voltag e (for 36V batterie s) to
charg e batt eries. The LED indicator will lighten in red. After a period of time (probably a coup le of hours, based on the capac ity of
batte ries), the cha rging curren t will d ecrease gradually. After reaching 0.3A±0.1A of its maximum value, the charger will go into
"floating-charge" stage. The LED ind icator will turn to green. The relationship between charg ing current and cha rging voltage for each
opera tion s tage are shown in t he cur ves below :
