5. Testing method and condition: (Test circuit as below)
A). 2 modules in series connection.
B). Apply DC current, 100A
C). A cycle: Power on
when temp. of base plate reach to 100°C
→
→ power on again
→ power off, cooling down to 40°C
D). Duration: 1000 cycles.
6. Testing equipment and tool: DC power supply, Temperature controller, thermal couple, heat sink,
fan, counter.
7. Test data brfore testing: VISO= 3000VAC x 60S
