DATA SHEET SE5008L: 5 GHz WLAN Switch/LNA Front-End Applications Product Description The SE5008L is a single chip integrated front-end module (FEM) with a low noise amplifier and switch to complement WLAN chipsets with an integrated 5GHz Power Amplifier. The Low Noise Amplifier includes a bypass mode to avoid saturation in near-field applications. It is packaged in an compact 3mm x 3mm x 0.9mm QFN package. The LNA output is matched to 50 ohms and all ports are DC blocked. The SE5008L is capable of withstanding a Pb free solder reflow. Care must be taken when attaching this product, whether it is done manually or in a production solder reflow environment. If the part is manually attached, precaution should be taken to insure that the device is not subjected to temperatures above its rated peak temperature for an extended period of time.
