ISO 4-20mA Current Loop Isolation Interface IC provides signal receive
And transmittal on a single chip. The ceramic hermetic hybrid package
contains an electromagnetic coupled converter and current modulate
circuit.. The very low input equivalent resistance allows the input voltage
can be up to an ultra-wide rang so that it is able to meet the requirements
for no distortion in long-distance signal transmission under the
circumstance of no external connecting power.
The internal ceramic PCB, printed impendence and new isolation
technologies allow the IC for the 3KVDC insulated voltage and meets
the industrial level for the extremely poor temperature, humidity and
shaking conditions. These specifications make the ISO 4-20mA Current
Loop Isolation Interface IC very easy to use, as well as providing compact
for PCB board.

rather than the signal carrier technology used in ISO EMA(U)-P-O Series.
ISO A(U)-P-O Series has the characteristics of strong anti-electromagnetic
interference and anti-high frequency signal space interference .
ISO U-P-O Series DC Voltage Signal Isolated Amplifier utilize a kind of circuitry
that can convert the voltage signal to isolated current or voltage signal in proportion.
Inside the IC contains a set of high-isolated DC-DC power, and voltage signal
that efficient coupling switching circuit, which can convert the voltage signal to
current (U/I) or voltage signal (U/U) as output directly. Higher input impedance
(>1 Mom) and loading capability (Iout>650om,Vo>2Kom) makes little distortion
available even after long distance transmission.
ISO A-P-O has Little input impedance (<=250ohm), higher loading capability
(Iout>650ohm,Vo=>2Kohm) makes little distortion available even after long
distance transmission.
To meet the requirements of 3-port 3KV isolation among the signal input,
output and embedded power, the wider operating temperature range and humidity
quiver, we recline on the SMT ceramic PCB, printed resistor techniques and the use

isolation convert hybrid integrated circuits for analogue standard

ISO AC-P-O Series AC Signal Isolation Amplifier is is a
hybrid integrated circuit that convert the AC signal
acquisition corresponds to a linear DC signal. This circuit
integrates a group of multi-channel high-isolation DC / DC
power supplies and a group of AC / DC signal converter
circuit on the same chip.Sensors can be collected from the
0-1Vrms (50 ~ 60HZ) AC signal proportional to convert
4-20mA/0-10mA / 0-20mA DC current signal or 0-1V/0-2.5V/
0-5V/0- 10V DC voltage signal. An external transformer can
be formed after the single-phase or multiphase transmitter
isolation between the input and output signal isolation.
Remote monitoring and control products in the electrical,
instrumentation, medical equipment, widely used in the
fields of industrial automation.
The series can stand the mutual isolation 2.5KVDC among
input, output and embedded power. The higher loading
capability (Iout<=300ohm, Vo=>2Kohm) makes little
distortion available even after long distance transmission.

multi-channel high isolation DC / DC power supply, signal comparator, signal isolation amplifying and conversion
circuits. It particularly applys to the comparison and control of the 2-channel analog signals. Now it widely used in the

SY-A(U)-P-O is a non-isolated signal converter/
transmitter, which provide convenience in
converting high impedence signals to low
impedence ones.
With Sunyuan’s unique low cost solution, the device
is extremely small in size and very easy to use.
No external components are needed to make it
operating.
The module integrates DC/DC converter and
analog amplifier into a single chip. It is mainly
used in circumstances where A/V signals nees to
convert into each other and isolation is no required.
