Vibration

Capacity
The unit shall be second with its metal wire kept
vertical and a 0.25kgf weight applied below in the
axial direction. The metal wire shall gradually be
bend to 90° in one direction at a point of 3mm from
the body along the radius of curvature
(0.75~0.80mm), and again back to the original
position.
This shall be repeated 2 times.
Thereafter, the characteristics of items 2,3,4 and 5
shall be measured. (in accordance with JIS C
0051)
After dipping the metal wire 3mm of the body in
260℃±5℃ solder for 5±0.5 seconds, the metal
wire shall be visually examined.
(in accordance with JIS C 005,4-6)
After dipping the metal wire 3mm of the body in
350±10℃ solder for 3±1 seconds, the
characteristics of items 2,3,4 and 5 shall be
measured.
(in accordance with JIS C 0050)
Apply a standard impulse voltage (10x1000) μ
sec.) of 1000V for 6 times with an interval of 30
seconds. The change the polarity of the surge and
apply the impulse again for another 6 times. And
similarly, apply a impulse voltage (10x1000) μ
sec.) of 1000V.
Total number of a impulse voltage applied is 24
times.
Thereafter, the characteristics of items 2,3,4 and 5
shall be measured.

Apply a standard impulse current(8x20) μ sec) of
1000A(1000A/Φ2.6mm,2000A/Φ3.1mm)for 3 times
with an interval of 5 minutes between each impulse.
