200mA CMOS Positive Low Dropout Voltage Regulator LC2121N/N5 200mA CMOS Positive Low Dropout Voltage Regulator General Description • LC2121N/N5 is a positive low dropout voltage regulator fabricated by CMOS process. It consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a current limit circuit for current protection and a chip enable circuit (5 Pin type only).
