DESCRIPTION
The U74AUC1G02 is a 2-input NOR gate which provides the
function Y=A+B or Y= Α • Β in positive logic.
This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing device
destruction when it is powered down.

FEATURES
* Operate from 0.8V to 2.7V
* Low power dissipation : ICC=10μA (Max.)
* ±8mA Output Driver : VCC=1.8V
* Ioff Supports partial-Power-Down Mode Operation

