The connection can be removed again and the components can be used multiple times. It takes just a few steps to connect a multi-position cable to this connection system without the need for any wire stripping. When tightening, the fast connection technology automatically provides contact and strain relief. The fast, easy handling of the QUICKON fast connection reduces connection time significantly. 1. PHOENIX CONTACT 5 Installations for private applications Thanks to easy, safe handling, the QPD installation system can also be used for private applications. 6 Fast cable repair Flexible power distribution You can use the QPD cable connector to repair accidentally disconnected cables quickly and reliably. The IP68/IP69K protection class and robust design also make the installation system ideal for use outside and in wet areas. You can use up to three cable outlets simultaneously with the H-distributor. There is no need to use traditional connection terminal blocks in distributor boxes, which require a complex connection for each individual conductor. PHOENIX CONTACT Assembly of the QUICKON IDC displacement connection 1. Strip the cable and prepare the PE conductor. 2. Guide the wires into the nut and push them into the (1, 2, 3, etc.) wire guides until they engage. 3. Cut off the litz wire ends so they are flush. 4. Place the union nut on the contact carrier and tighten it. 5. You will feel and hear the cable snap into the end position. 6. The cable can be connected quickly and easily without using any special tools.
