Note! It is not necessary to make a mistake in length. ケーブル長 Length of cable ※ ケーブル切断長＝ ＤＩＳ３０Ｘ－ＳＰ４２Ｓ内：３２．５ｍｍ+ケーブル長規格中央値 ※ Cable length after cutting＝DIS30×-SP42S：32.5mm＋ Standard of length 3-2. 部品挿入 Inserting parts ケーブルをケーブルクランプAssy，アダプタAssy，プラグシェルAssyに通しておきます。 注意！ 各部品の挿入方向に注意して下さい。 各部品の挿入忘れが無いよう注意して下さい。 Insert a cable clamp Assy, adaptor Assy and plug shell Assy into the cable. Note! Please note the direction where each part are inserted. Take care not to stick out the wire from the contact. ソケットコンタクト Socket Contact ケーブル Cable Manual No. TC-652 Page 6 /13 3-5. コンタクト挿入 Inserting a contact コンタクトを指定するインサートの端子No.部へ挿入します。 ※ コンタクト挿入時、コンタクトがインサートに引っ掛かると“パチン”と音がします。 ※ コンタクト挿入後、線心を軽く引っ張りコンタクトがインサートから抜けない事を確認して下さい。 Insert the contact into the specified terminal number point in the housing. ※ When the contact catches the housing, you will hear a snap. ※ Pulling the wire for confirming the correct position. 注意！ 挿入前にケーブルクランプAssy，アダプタAssy，プラグシェルAssyが挿入されて いることを確認して下さい。 コンタクトの挿入は方向性がありますので注意して下さい。 Note! Before inserting , check the cable clamp Assy, adaptor Assy, and plugshell Assy is inserted. Please note that the insertion of contact has directionality. コンタクト インサート Contact Insert ケーブル Cable 1 5 6 11 19 24 12 18 25 31 32 37 38 挿入 Insert ※ コンタクトのランスの向きをハウジングの 端子No. 端子No.の向き(上下)と同じ方向に Terminal No. 合わせて挿入して下さい。 ランス ※ Insert the contact so that the lance and Lance the terminal number face the same direction. 挿入 Insert ※ 挿入されたコンタクトを引き抜く場合は、 コンタクト抜去工具を使用して下さい。 コンタクト抜去工具：３５７Ｊ－５０５４８Ｔ コンタクト抜去工具を使用の際は、取扱 説明書を参照願います。 コンタクト Contact ※ Using the removal tool for pull out inserted contact. Tool name : Contact removal tool P/N : 357J-50548T Refer to the instruction manual in case of using removal tool. ※ 引抜いたコンタクトはランスが倒れますので コンタクトを再挿入する場合は、コンタクトの ランスを元に戻してから使用して下さい。 ※ As Lance falls down easily after removal, Please set up to original position before insert. 42 Manual No. TC-652 3-6. インサート組み込み Incorporate insert インサートにコンタクトを挿入します。 Contact is inserted in Insert 注意！ インサート挿入時、インサートがプラグシェルAssyに引っ掛かると〝パチン〟と 音がします。 Note! When insert is inserted, insert is plug shell Assy, you will hear a snap. インサート Insert プラグシェルAssy Plug shell Assy 引き込む Draws it in ※ インサートには方向性がありますので注意して下さい。 Please note that the insert has directionality. 面取りを合わせる The chamfering is matched 1 5 6 11 19 24 32 37 12 18 25 31 38 プラグ側 Plug side Ｒを合わせる R is matched 42 インサート側 Insert side Page 7 /13 Manual No. TC-652 Page 8 /13 3-7. インサート取り外し方法 The insert removal method インサートを取り外す場合は、次の手順で行って下さい。 Please go according to the following procedure when you detach insert. ① プラグコネクタを取り外し受台にセットします。 ② 取り外し治具のツメをインサートのロックツメに合わせます。 注意！ 治具及び受台には方向性があるので注意して下さい。 ① The plug connector is set in the removal holder. ② The fingernail of the detaching treatment device is matched to the lock pawl of insert. Note! Please note that there are directionality in the treatment device and the removal holder. 受台にセット Sets プラグコネクタ Plug connector 受 台 Removal holder 取り外し治具 Removal jig 合わせる It matches it ●取り外し治具：（357J-53041T） 取り外し受台：（357J-53072T） ●Removal jig: （357J-53041T） Removal holder:（357J-53072T） ③ インサート取り外し治具を押して、インサートロック部のツメ部分を倒してロックを解除して下さい。 その際インサートの電線を押し込みながら行って下さい。インサートはプラグシェルから解放され、 受台の穴に落ち込みます。 ③ Please push an insertion removal jig, push down the hanging part of an insertion lock part, and cancel a lock. Please carry out pushing in the wire of an insertion. Note! Please build it in as follows. ① It rotates and it tightens temporarily. プラグシェルAssy Plug shell Assy アダプタ Adaptor ② 締付受台にプラグシェルAssyの2面幅を固定します。 ③ 締付治具をアダプタに合わせてセットします。 ④ 締付治具でプラグシェルAssyにアダプタを締め付けます。 推奨締付けトルク：5Ｎ・ｍ 注意！ ワークを治具へセットする際に２面幅を合わせて下さい。 規定トルク以上で締付けるとアダプタが割れる可能性があるため、トルクレンチ規定 トルク以上で締付けるとガスケットが均等に潰れないため、トルクレンチを利用して 下さい。 ② The two width of the Plug shell Assy is fixed to removal holder . ③ The tightening treatment device is matched to the adaptor and it sets it. ④ The adaptor is tightened plug shell Assy in the tightening treatment device. Recommended tightening torque:5N・m Note! Please match the width of two when you set work in the treatment device. Recommended tightening torque:5N・m Note! Please match the width of two when you set work in the treatment device. Page 11 /13 クランプナット仮締め Pre-tightening a clamp nut ① ケーブルクランプにクランプナットを仮締めします。 ① Clamp nut is pre-tightened in the Cable clamp. ケーブルクランプ Cable clamp 仮締め Pre-tightening プラグシェルAssy Plug shell Assy 3-12. クランプナット Clamp nut クランプナット締め付け Tightening a clamp nut ① 締付受台にケーブルクランプの2面幅を固定します。 ② 締付治具をクランプナットの2面幅に合わせてセットします。 ③ 締付治具でケーブルクランプにクランプナットを締め付けます。 推奨締付けトルク：6Ｎ・ｍ 注意！ ワークを治具へセットする際に2面幅を合わせて下さい。 規定トルク以上で締付けるとクランプナットが割れる可能性がある為、トルクレンチ を使用して下さい。 ① The two width of the cable clamp is fixed to removal holder . ② The treatment device is matched to the two width of the clamp nut and it sets it. ③ The clamp nut is tightened the cable clam with the tightening treatment device. Recommended tightening torque:6N・m Note! Please match the width of two when you set work in the treatment device. (t stops at about 4 mm.) ・Coupling is movable to the cable side in this state. Manual No. TC-652 レセプタクル側凸部 Receptacle side convex part プラグ側ツメ Plug side hanging parts カップリング側ツメ Coupling side hanging parts Page 13 /13 プラグコネクタ Plug connector レセプタクルコネクタ Receptacle connector ④結合部解除断面 ⑤嵌合解除 ・カップリングをケーブル側に移動することでプ ラグとレセプタクルの結合部は、解除されま す。 ・プラグコネクタのカップリングをケーブル側に移 動させながら、プラグコネクタ全体を引きます。 ・レセプタクルコネクタとの嵌合が外れます。 ④Mating release section ⑤Mating release ・The mating of a plug and a receptacle is canceled by moving coupling to the cable side. ・Pull the whole plug connector, moving coupling of a plug connector to the cable side. ・Mating with a receptacle connector separates. ⑥ 再嵌合する場合は、ロックレバーを元の状態に戻して下さい。 When you carry out re-mating, please return a lock lever to the original state.
