Ultra-Linear Line Amplifiers with Lowest Cost per Bit Delivered
ANADIGICS’ family of ≥+24 Vdc ultra linear, high RF output, highest delivered bit efficiency line amplifiers were developed
to power tomorrow’s 1218 MHz, 1090 MHz, 1003 MHz, and lower frequency DOCSIS 3.1 downstream (DS) physical layer
(PHY) compliant HFC/FTTx/HPON networks with unmatched bit efficiency. This is the industry’s largest portfolio of SOT115 and surface mount package line amplifiers. The SOT-115 package portfolio is led by the ACA4741 and ACA4788 “4X”
Class power doublers (PDs) delivering bit error free content over the world’s most efficient Node+0 HFC networks. The
ANADIGICS SMT package family is spearheaded by the ACA2456 and ACA2458 SOIC-16 SMT PDs delivering four times
the total composite power (TCP) of standard output GaN-enabled PDs (“4X” Class) to customers demanding 1 Gbps
and greater high speed data with no digital artifacts. ANADIGICS’ family of D3.1 DS PHY compliant push-pull (PP) hybrid
amplifiers is the most comprehensive in the industry and includes 14 total amplifier modules, seven in SOT-115 and seven
in SMT package, ranging in gain from 22 to 30 dB. Designers and OEMs of multi-port optical nodes, mini-nodes, line
extenders, drop amplifiers, D-CCAP, and R-MACPHY nodes all benefit from ANADIGICS’ hybrid amplifier module
