Marvell 88RC1348 / 88RC1368 / 88RC1328 / 88SE1337 PCIe 3.0 to 8-Port 6Gbps SATA RAID Storage Controllers PRODUCT OVERVIEW Marvell® is a leading provider of Serial ATA (SATA) host controller silicon and software solutions for desktops, workstations, servers, and cold/cloud storage systems. The Marvell 88RC13xx family of RAID storage controllers delivers four lanes of PCIe 3.0 and up to 8 ports of 6Gbps SATA with industry-leading features, including hardware RAID 0, 1, 5, 6 and 10, 10Gbps USB 3.1 with Type-C connector support, and port multiplier support. An on-chip dual core Cortex-R5 processor runs at 600MHz, off-loading RAID functions from the host processor, while maximizing storage performance and minimizing latencies. Support for AHCI and NVM Express provides the option of maintaining legacy compatibility or targeting superior performance. The integration of enclosure management, a generous number of general purpose I/O pins, and the ability to act as a boot device combine to make the 88RC13xx a highly functional family of products.
