PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS 4.5 Meter Mobile Troposcatter Antenna System The antenna elevation structure and positioner are made from hot dip galvanized structural steel. The ASC Signal 4.5 m (15 ft) transport- able antenna consists of a three-piece hinged reflector, manual positioner, and dual polarized feed system mounted on a trailer. The formed aluminum panels are cut from a single-piece precision spinning. The antenna elevation structure and positioner are made from hot dip galvanized structural steel. The unique Trifold® antenna design provides excellent thermal expansion characteristics and ensures the extreme accurate surface contour. A large range of adjustment provides non critical positioner and trailer orientation for horizon-tohorizon applications. The center fed “J” hook prime focus feed assembly can be pressurized to prevent ingress of moisture and electronically tuned to meet the specified requirements. The feed window is formed polycarbonate.
