SCHMITT-TRIGGER INVERTER

DESCRIPTION
This U74AUP1G14 functions as an independent gate with
Schmitt-trigger inputs, which allows for slow input transition and
better switching-noise immunity at the input.
This device ensures a very low static and dynamic power
consumption across the entire VCC range from 0.8V to 3.6V.
This device has power-down protective circuit, preventing
device destruction when it is powered down.

FEATURES
* Wide supply voltage range from 0.8V to 3.6V
* Inputs accept voltages up to 3.6V
* IOFF supports partial-power-down mode
* Low static power consumption; ICC=0.5μA (Max.)
* Optimized for 3.3V Operation

