Burst Mode® operation requires only 2.5µA of quiescent current, extending battery life in battery-powered systems. The LT8620 features very low dropout operation of only 250mV at 1A, making it ideal for stop/start systems. For high step-down ratio applications, the LT8620 can buck from 16V down to 1.8V at a switching frequency of 2MHz, ensuring a small and compact solution footprint.
