74AHC –Advanced High speed

 3.5 ns typical propagation time.
74AHCT –Advanced High speed
CMOS




4.5 V to 5.5 V
8 mA drive capability
4.0 ns typical propagation time.
TTL compatible
Both S0-14 and TSSOP-14
packages are available at the
initial release.
