Pipelines are therefore equipped with heaters which must be connected to each other in a simple, safe and durable manner. Weidmüller has designed a connector with a CSA-approved temperature range from -50 °C to +60 °C. The coaxial design makes it easy to connect the connector elements in any position (360°). The inserts can be wired using the reliable screw connection. A snap closure secures the connection. It can also be easily released using a screwdriver. This provides long-term protection against an accidental opening.
