Microsemi SoC Corp. will ship plastic package parts with date codes up to 4 years old, effective immediately. If you or your customer require product with a date code less than 4 years old, potential orders will be evaluated on a case-bycase basis. Please note that if exceptions to this policy are made, 1) Minimum Order Quantities will apply, 2) orders will be Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable, 3) requested delivery dates cannot be pushed out once booked, and, 4) a price adder per unit will apply as this is a non-standard requirement; please work with your Microsemi Sales Representative. Studies by our Packaging Engineering group have confirmed that there are no quality or reliability issues with units from this date code time period.
