It is suitable for Low Noise Amplifire (LNA) of automotive antenna. This device have high forward transfer admittance as 40mS and low noise characteristics. It realize the high reception sensitivity and clear signal amplifier. High breakdown voltage 25V is effective for the design of the robust circuit to achieve quality demand for application. In addition, CPH6 package compatible with SOT-23 have high heat radiation characteristics. It is suitable for use under the high temperature environment such as automotive antenna. AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable suitable for automotive applications.
