Final Product/Process Change Notification (FPCN)
Final change notification sent to customers. FPCNs are issued at least 60 days prior to implementation
of the change.
ON Semiconductor will consider this change approved unless specific conditions of acceptance are
provided in writing within 30 days of receipt of this notice. To do so, contact your local ON
Semiconductor Sales Office.
DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE:
This is a Final PCN to IPCN #15013 available at www.onsemi.com to notify customers of ON
Semiconductor’s addition of ON semiconductor’s internal ZR fab as a second source for
Small Signal PNP Transistors, Low Capacitance Diode Arrays, Audio Mute Circuits, Over
Voltage Protected High Side Switches and Filters. These devices will also continue to be
manufactured in ON Semiconductor’s ISMF facility in Seremban (Malaysia). This will provide
ON Semiconductor with added flexibility to continue to satisfy customer requirements and
growing demands.
The device design, electrical specifications, and mask sets will remain identical; and full
electrical characterization over temperature was performed for each qualification vehicle to
ensure device functionality and electrical performance.
