To do so, contact your local ON Semiconductor sales office. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: ON Semiconductor is generating a Family Specification for the MC100EP16VA device. These limits for VBB are applied across the 100EP Devices which mostly share a common design. This corrects datasheet errata for this device. The VBB limits will be changed to -1525 to -1325 mV across temperature.
