7.1 Ruggedness in class-AB operation
The BLF4G22-130 and the BLF4G22LS-130 are capable of withstanding a load mismatch
corresponding to VSWR = 10 : 1 through all phases under the following conditions:
VDS = 28 V; IDq = 1150 mA; PL = 130 W (CW).
