DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUDM8005
is an enhancement-mode P-Channel MOSFET,
manufactured by the P-Channel DMOS process,
designed for high speed pulsed amplifier and driver
applications. This MOSFET offers low rDS(ON) and
low theshold voltage.
