It is a highfrequency (1.2MHz) current-mode regulator with an integrated 18V n-channel MOSFET that allows the use of ultra-small inductors and ceramic capacitors. It provides fast transient response to pulsed loads while achieving efficiencies over 86%. Using external low-cost transistors, the linear-regulator controllers provide tight regulation VGON/VGOFF for the panel gate drivers with fault protection. The operational amplifier are ideal for VCOM and VGAMMA applications. They features high output current (±150mA), fast slew rate (12V/μs), wide bandwidth (12MHz), and rail-to-rail inputs and outputs.
