Components are available in three mechanical sizes similar to EIA 1210, 1812 and 2220 covering 10nH to 10mH. The coils are encapsulated in heat-proof thermoset resin providing resistance to shock, pressure, heat, humidity and solvents to MIL-STD-202F. As such, these devices have wide application in consumer and industrial electronics. The P7101 family of components is compliant with RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC, and suitable for lead-free and conventional placement and reflow.
