lighter and 30% smaller. The connector is qualified for the
industry compliant NFF 16-101 & NFF 16-102 ratings for
both fire and smoke resistance.

different mating polarizations to prevent cross mating.

During the assembly process you can customize the
polarization by cutting the appropriate pins on both the
plug and panel connector. The cutting operation can be
performed using scissors or a blade.

Extraction Tools
Contacts can readily be removed from the housings using
an extraction tool. The tool is placed over the contact and
the sleeve rotated slightly as it is pushed home to release
the spring. Light pressure on the knob then ejects the
contact from the rear of the housing.

specification MIL-C-22520. The tool produces eight-indent
crimp terminations of excellent quality. Together with the

remove the terminated contact.
