This table contains the deadband values for set point adjustment at 10% and 90% of the selected scale. For adjustable deadband the lower value corresponds to the deadband spring totally released and the higher corresponds to the deadband spring fully tensed. For other set points the deadband value can be calculated by linear interpolation between the values at 10% and 90%. 2015-11-12 1) Design and specifications subject to change without notice (*) When using 2 microswitches deadband lower values should be x1.5 (**) G1/4 female only www.baumer.com Data sheet A32.10 Page 3 / 5 RPPE4 Industrial pressure switch, explosion proof with high overpressure resistance Dimensions (mm) Set point adjustment Differential adjustment 56 (3x) Ø 9 on Ø 222 86 20 Ø 194 12 Weight: 4.4 kg 0° EE x d II C T 0° 6 12 Cable gland not mounted Pressure range code: 101 - 102 - 103 - 104 Weight: 10 kg 121 Pressure range code: 151 - 152 - 153 - 154 Weight: 6.4 kg Pressure range code: 171 - 172 - 173 Weight: 7 kg Hex 24 61 Ø 145 84 Ø 245 76 Hex 24 Hex 24 Ø 120 2015-11-12 Design and specifications subject to change without notice 1/4 NPT female G 1/4 12 Hex 24 1/4 NPT female 84 139 120° 116 RA www.baumer.com Data sheet A32.10 Page 4 / 5 RPPE4 Industrial pressure switch, explosion proof with high overpressure resistance Ordering details RPPE4 RP Model Industrial pressure switch Approvals Explosion proof Sensing element Diaphragm (Viton ®), high overpressure resistance Type of micro switches 1 SPDT standard changeover switch 2 SPDT standard changeover switch 1 SPDT hermetically changeover switch 2 SPDT hermetically changeover switch 1 SPDT ultra sensitive changeover switch 2 SPDT ultra sensitive changeover switch 1 SPDT hermetically, ultra sensitive changeover switch 2 SPDT hermetically, ultra sensitive changeover switch 1 SPDT gold contact changeover switch 2 SPDT gold contact changeover switch Process connection G 1/4 female (only pressure ranges 171, 172, 173) G 1/2 male (standard) 1/2 NPT male 1/4 NPT female Pressure range (mbar) Pressure range (kPa) -50 ... 0 -5 ... 0 -2 ... 10 -0.2 ... 1 -5 ... 50 -0.5 ... 5 -8 ... 100 -0.8 ... 10 -200... 0 -20 ... 0 0 ... 200 0 ... 20 0 ... 400 0 ... 40 0 ... 1000 0 ... 100 0 ... 700 0 ... 70 0 ... 1500 0 ... 150 0 ... 2500 0 ... 250 Options to be added behind the / (see example below) PE – 4 . xxx / RP PE – 4 Deadband Adjustable Adjustable Adjustable Adjustable Fix Fix Fix Fix Adjustable Adjustable A B C W E F D V M K H 3 6 8 . 101 102 103 104 151 152 153 154 171 172 173 Process connection G1/4 female Process connection G1/4 female Process connection G1/4 female / Ordering example with options RP PE – 4 A 3 . 101 / 0407 _ 9941 Industrial pressure switch Explosion proof Design and specifications subject to change without notice Diaphragm Viton® 1 SPDT standard changeover switch Process connection G 1/2 male Pressure range -50 ... 0 mbar Option: Mounting on 2" pipe 2015-11-12 Option: Stainless steel tag plate and wire www.baumer.com Data sheet A32.10 Page 5 / 5
