CXM3807K
Description
The CXM3807K is a SP12T antenna switch module for GSM/UMTS/CDMA/LTE multi-mode handset.
The CXM3807K has a built-in dual low pass filter and a +1.8V CMOS compatible decoder with MIPI function.
The Sony GaAs junction gate pHEMT (JPHEMT) MMIC process is used for low insertion loss.
The device has low BOM with no DC blocking Capacitor.

0.70dB (Typ.) TRx (IMT Tx Band)

Low Voltage Operation:
Vdd=2.5V

No DC Blocking Capacitors except sourcing DC bias

Integration of ESD protection at Ant port

Small Package Size:

Lead-Free and RoHS Compliant
LTCC-22P PKG (2.5mm x 3.2mm x 1.00mm Max.)
