DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: Based on the results of additional characterization data, ON Semiconductor is tightening the VBUS Control VIH Min and VBUS Control VIL Max specification for the affected device as follows: • • VIH (VBUS) Min: – 1.9V @ Vcc=2.7V – 2.2V @ Vcc=3.3V – 2.7V @ Vcc=4.2V VIL (VBUS) Max: – 0.8V @ Vcc=2.7V – 1.1V @ Vcc=3.3V – 1.6V @ Vcc=4.2V There have not been any changes to the design or manufacturing process of the affected device.
