ONSEMI MBR3100G

MBR3100
Preferred Device
Axial Lead Rectifier
This device employs the Schottky Barrier principle in a large area
metal−to−silicon power diode. State−of−the−art geometry features
epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlap
contact. Ideally suited for use as rectifiers in low−voltage,
high−frequency inverters, free wheeling diodes, and polarity
protection diodes.

Stresses exceeding Maximum Ratings may damage the device. Maximum
Ratings are stress ratings only. Functional operation above the Recommended
Operating Conditions is not implied. Extended exposure to stresses above the
Recommended Operating Conditions may affect device reliability.
1. The heat generated must be less than the thermal conductivity from
Junction−to−Ambient: dPD/dTJ < 1/RqJA.
