The RFM8005 also features CMOS logic with very low control voltage (2V) and
current (<1uA). This device is intended to operate the high band channel or low band
channel at any given point in time, and both channels feature a high power and low
power mode. The device is housed in small-footprint, ultra-thin 4x4x0.5mm 20-Pin
QFN package, and requires minimal external components. Combining high
integration, high efficiency, excellent thermal stability, small form factor, and low cost,
RFM8005 is the ideal solution for multiband WCDMA, HSPA, HSPA+, and LTE
applications.

The RFM8005 is a multi-band dual channel broadband CMOS Transmit IC optimized
for linear applications such as LTE and WCDMA in the 698MHz to 915MHz bands
and 1710 to 1980MHz bands. The RFM8005 architecture integrates the power
amplifiers, input and output impedance matching, harmonic filters, directional coupler
and power detector, RF decoupling, ESD protection, and active bias and logic control,
all in a CMOS single-chip device. With a single power supply at 3.4V, RFM8005 is
capable of providing up to +28.5dBm linear output power for WCDMA modulation.
