This Low Noise Amplifier brings a gain of 18dB minimum between the frequency Range of 300-1000 MHz with a noise figure of 1.45dB (including SMA connectors and PCB losses of 0.1dB). Furthermore, this device provides an unconditional stability from 100MHz up to 10GHz. The circuit is matched in input and output and presents an input return loss of 12.0dB and 10.5dB concerning the output. At the frequency of 650MHz, using two tones spaced of 1MHz, the output third-order intercept point reaches 19.3dBm. Besides we obtain an input -1dB compression point of -5dBm.
