About Us
M
icro Analog Systems Oy (MAS) designs and markets low voltage, low power and low noise analog and
mixed signal ICs. The company was founded in 1980 as Micronas but in 1999 the name was changed
to Micro Analog Systems Oy in conjunction with a management buy-out arrangement. Today MAS is
a privately owned fables semiconductor company having it’s headquarter in Helsinki, Finland, and a worldwide
network of sales offices and representatives.
In 1980’s and in the beginning of 1990’s MAS supplied mostly ASIC’s and power management IC’s for many mobile phone customers. Today we focus on Sensor Interface IC’s, Time Code Receivers, and other IC’s like Solar
Cell Managers and Piezo Buzzer Drivers, and also on Crystal Oscillators and other demanding applications. Also
ASIC development is still an important part of our business. As a fables semiconductor supplier we can always
use the most suitable process in terms of cost and performance according to the requirements of the particular
application. Having in house wafer level and final test facilities allows us to offer complete component solution.
