Assembly of certain products packaged in the 100 lead LQFP package is transferring from assembly subcontractor, Carsem, to Unisem’s Batam plant (formerly AIT) In addition, assembly of certain products packaged in the 80 lead MQFP package at Carsem will be assembled in the 80 lead LQFP package at Unisem’s Batam plant (formerly AIT). Dimensioned drawings of both packages are attached.
