DC Motor Full Bridge Driver / Controller Supply voltage range 6V to 28V Sleep mode current less than 50μA High power efficiency of the whole motor regulator system (up to 96% @ fPWM = 20kHz) Automatic cross conduction protection PWM frequency up to 30kHz Protection against over current (short circuit), overvoltage, undervoltage and overtemperature Diagnostic output and status registers Configurable via SPI Control of external reverse protection device K-Line (E910.64) or LIN Interface (E910.65) Operating temperature range -40°C to +125°C E910.64: SOIC 20 package, E910.65: SOIC 24 package Applications ÿ ÿ ÿ ÿ The ICs are designed for motor drive applications in the automotive world as well as for general purposes. A digital algorithm for EMC optimization is implemented to save additional filter components. The E910.64/65 feature a programmable slew rate regulation and high power efficiency up to 96%. They are able to detect and to handle faults as current overload, short circuit, open load, over-/undervoltage and overtemperature. A K-Line or LIN 2.0 Interface connects the application to the bus system. There are two versions available.
