The E981.05 is a system basic chip for LIN bus and relay
driver applications in automotive electronic systems.
It realizes the smart-power high-voltage part, i.e. peripheral supply, drivers, monitoring, HV inputs and LIN
physical layer interface. A serial die-to-die interface is
realized for communication with the host controller.
The IC can be switched into sleep mode with very low
current consumption by software commands. Wake
up can be performed through 4 HV inputs, the LIN bus
and VSUP pin.
