Delay capacitor adjustable voltage detectors with sense pin isolation New Product Leaflet XC6132/XC6133/XC6134 Series The XC6132/XC6133/XC6134 series are voltage detectors of the sense pin isolation type with capacitor- delay function. The sense pin and power input pin are isolated to enable monitoring of the voltage of another power supply. The output can be maintained in the detect state even if the power voltage drops to 0V. The sense pin is also suitable for detecting high voltage, and the detection and release voltage can be set to any value using an external resistance. The XC6132/XC6134 series has a HYS external adjustment pin that allows the hysteresis to be set as desired using a single resistor. These voltage detectors are ideal for monitoring the voltage of a vehicle battery during cranking, and for power supplies with large voltage fluctuations such as an electric double layer. The XC6132 series also has an internal surge voltage protection circuit. This protects the IC even when overvoltage is applied to the input.
