DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMKT3904 (two
single NPN) and CMKT3906 (two single PNP) are silicon
transistors in a space saving SOT-363 package, designed
for small signal general purpose amplifier and switching
applications.
