STM704W, STM795W, STM802W, STM804W, STM805W, STM806W, STM817W, STM818W
and STM819W where W is blank, or a series alphanumeric characters which
are not part of the model number.
ENGINEERING CONSIDERATIONS (NOT FOR FIELD REPRESENTATIVE'S USE):
These products were investigated under the Standard for Information
Technology Equipment Including Electrical Business Equipment, UL 60950-1,
First Edition, dated April 1, 2003.
Use - For use only in or with complete equipment where the
acceptability of the combination is determined by Underwriters
Laboratories Inc.
The components listed above provide a level of protection against
reverse charging current when used in conjunction with a lithium battery.
Conditions of Acceptability - When installed in
equipment, consideration shall be given to the following:

end-use
1. These devices provide reverse charging current protection of
3 mA maximum.
2. These devices are normally intended for use as components where
replacement is done by a trained technician.
3. These devices are intended for use as components in low voltage
isolated secondary circuits (LVISC) where the case temperature
does not exceed 100°C and the voltage on any pin relative to
ground is a maximum of 7 V dc.
4. These devices are intended to be mounted on a printed wiring
board flame rated minimum 94V-1.
5. These devices are provided with the applicable reverse charging
current protection circuit in the chips.
