For other voltages, the clearing I2t is found by multiplying by correction factor, K, given as a function of applied working voltage, Eg, (RMS). This curve gives the peak arc voltage, UL, which may appear across the fuse during its operation as a function of the applied working voltage Eg, (RMS) at a power factor of 15%. Watts loss at rated current is given in the electrical characteristics. The curve allows the calculation of the power losses at load currents lower than the rated current. The correction factor, Kp, is given as a function of the RMS load current, Ib, in % of the rated current. *Rated voltage 900V 1,5 3 UL 2,5 2 1,8 1,6 1,4 1,2 103 K * 1,0 0,5 0,8 0,7 0,6 0,5 0,3 0,3 0,2 0,15 4 0,2 Eg 600 700 800 900 Eg 3 1000 Kp 0,4 8 7 6 5 0,4 500 1,0 500 600 700 800 900 1000 0,1 30 Ib 40 50 60 70 80 90 100% Dimensions DIN 43 653 Type –KN/110 and –TN/110 Size 1*KN/110 1KN/110 2KN/110 3KN/110 A 80 80 80 81 C Max D1 108 61 108 69 108 77 108 92 E 43 51 59 74 G 6 6 6 6 H 22 25 25 30 I 11 11 11 11 Size A B C Max D2 1*TN/110 80 138 108 61 1TN/110 80 138 108 69 2TN/110 80 138 108 75 3TN/110 81 139 108 90 Dimensions in mm 1 mm = 0.0394” 1” = 25.4 mm E 43 51 59 74 G 6 6 6 6 H 22 25 25 30 I 11 11 11 11 KN/110 2-25-02 B 138 138 138 139 TN/110 SB01407 Form No. 170M Page 2 of 4 BIF Doc #720061 BIF Document Semiconductor Fuse 315-1400A, 1000 Volts 720061 104 The partial dotted curves are for fuses designed to give part range protection (aR protection).
